It is exciting times for MINI Bournemouth following Marshall’s acquisition of Ridgeway and SG Smith.

 

Sales Manager Dan Hodder had worked with WhiteTEC at Evans Halshaw and Honda Guildford and he knew from his previous sales event and training programme success, how we work, what we are about and the outstanding results we achieve working in partnership with dealership leadership and their teams on a range of projects.

 

Marshall MINI Bournemouth needed to get the phone ringing, increase showroom footfall and generate sales to achieve the stretching sales target for the quarter.

 

On the 9th May 2016, Our WhiteTEC Sales Event “Connect Programme" got the phone ringing with 22 appointments on day one and over 10 days MINI Bournemouth sold 18 additional cars to their customers who initially had no intention of visiting the dealership – that was until they spoke to WhiteTEC and we gave them a compelling reason to visit.

 

Dan was delighted. His sales team’s ‘over performance’ was noticed by his MINI Development Manager.

 

This led to MINI themselves recommending other dealers to use WhiteTEC to boost sales. As a result, we have worked with a significant number of other MINI dealers across the UK, on the back of a job well done at Marshall MINI Bournemouth.
